Parent consent for

The law (COPPA) asks us to tell you what we collect about children under 13 and to check that you're their parent or guardian before we collect it.

• What we collect: your child's name, date of birth, an emergency phone number and team, the emergency card and health details you choose to add, the plays and lessons their coach assigns, their quiz and homework answers, coach notes and ratings, and any training they log.
• How it's used: only to run your child's team on TALAVIE: playbooks, homework, lineups and messages from the coach. No ads, no selling, no sharing with other companies or marketers.
• Who sees it: you, your child, and your child's coaches and club or school admins.
• Your rights: you can see everything we hold, ask us to fix or delete it, or take back consent at any time. Taking it back stops further collection and closes your child's team content.

To check you're an adult, we charge your card $0.50 and refund it right away; it may show briefly as pending. Prepaid and gift cards can't be used. Policy version 2026-10-30.
